摘要 浙江"温岭虐童事件"是一起民办幼儿教师虐待幼儿的教育事件,该事件折射出当前幼儿教师准入制度存在着一定的缺陷,隐含着幼儿教师队伍数量缺口大、学历普遍偏低、结构不合理的问题,因而需要规范幼儿教师准入制度,提高幼儿教师专业层次与素养,合理编排幼儿教师结构,以提升幼儿教师队伍的整体质量和水平。 Zhejiang "Wenling child abuse" incident is an event caused by private preschool teachers, which reflects the underlying defects in the current kindergarten teachers'qualification system in China. The insufficient number of kindergarten teachers, the low academic degree, the improper structure of teaching stuffs are some of the examples. The reform preschool teachers" admittance system, the professional training and readjustment of teaching stuff are some of the suggestions and measures to be taken for the purpose of improving the quality and proficiency teaching groups.
