摘要
测定棕榈油的熔点及粘度随温度的变化关系 ,推荐棕榈油的加热温度为 2 9~ 31℃较合适。另外 ,不加热 ,把增溶剂和溶剂加入棕榈油进行试验。结果表明 ,Z增溶剂以 1∶10 0的比例与棕榈油混合可实现常温 ( 15℃ )“液化”。
By measuring palm oil melting point and viscosity change with temperature,it was recommended that the appropriate temperature for heating at about 29~31 ℃.Another test by putting solvent(food additive)into palm oil showed that mixing z solvent with palm oil in the ration 1/100 could liquefy the palm oil at the 15 ℃ without heating.
