摘要
在介绍用户体验质量(QoE)基本概念和关键性能指标(KPI)的基础上,提出了一种基于电信宽带IP业务的QoE监测系统的建设方案。
Based on the introduction of quality of experience and key performance index, a solution of the observation system based on QoE of the telecom's broadband IP service is proposed.
