摘要
针对液力自动变速器控制目标复杂的特点,根据液力自动变速器控制软件的功能需求,提出了变速器控制软件的模块化框架。为了优化与协调离合器和发动机转矩控制过程,采用了协同控制方法。对有动力换挡过程中离合器和发动机的状态及其转矩变化进行了控制与分析,实现了离合器摩擦片快速同步,使整个控制过程平稳有序。试验验证的结果表明,换挡时间和换挡稳定性等指标满足要求。
In view of the complexity of control target of automatic hydraulic transmission (AT), a modular frame of transmission control software is proposed according to the functional requirements of AT control software. In order to optimize and coordinate the process of control over clutch torque and engine torque, a coordinated control scheme is adopted. Through the control and analysis of the states of clutches and engine and the variation of their torques in the process of power-on shifting, a rapid synchronization of clutch facings is realized, achieving a smooth and orderly control. The results of test validation show that transmision indicators such as shift duration and shift sta- bility meet the requirements.
