现代社会生命科技的迅速发展,对传统社会伦理道德观念以及自然界生命法则产生了严重的冲击和挑战。生命科技发展带来的冲击和挑战主要表现为:克隆和人造生命技术对自然生命产生的颠覆;器官移植技术在生命发展和生命健康维护中可能导致人的主体异化;在生命终结上,脑死亡对传统死亡标准的突破;基因杂交对自然生命秩序的扰乱等。应当在认清生命科技利弊的基础上,坚持鼓励与禁止、推动与处罚、正反两面相结合的立法政策,合理地加以立法应对。

with the rapid development of life sciences, traditional ethical, moral concepts and life rule have been confronted with serious impact and challenges. In major extent, this is the risks of the uncertain future that accompanied by break- throughs and achievements in the field of life science, and it is also a product of modern risk society. Here is the impacts and challenges with the development of life science： subversion of natural life by cloning and artificial life technology; alienation by the development of organ transplant technology; the breakthrough to the traditional standard of death by the brain-dead; the disruption of natural life order by genomie hybridization, etc. We should clearly the basis of life sciences, that is the pros and cons of coexistence, and continues the legislative policy of encourage and prohibit, promotion and pun ishment.
