科技型人才聚集下知识转移系统建模与仿真 被引量:3

摘要 基于系统科学理论提出了科技型人才聚集效应的知识转移复杂巨系统。从信息论角度描述了系统中个体间知识转移过程,在此基础上构建了相应的系统动力学模型,并使用Vensim PLE 5.11软件实现了系统仿真。通过对科技知识转移量和科技知识失效量进行灵敏度分析,得出增进科技知识转移、提升科技型人才聚集效应的一些建议:适当缩小职位距离、制度距离、组织距离和关系距离,营造和谐工作环境,增强信任;降低科技知识隐含性;提高科技型人才的科技知识发送能力,增强科技知识吸收和学习动机;降低科技知识失效率。
