摘要
通过对白车身驾驶室焊装线的在线改造总结,阐述了一种新型的多品种车型焊装线夹具柔性化在线改造技术的开发与应用,为以后的驾驶室焊装线混流改造提供了新的思路和参考。针对两种车型驾驶室差异较大难混流和在焊装线混流改造中精度比较难以控制的问题,对夹具采用多层次底板+直线导轨平移机构和伺服电机驱动+气动平衡助力系统予以解决,为焊装线在线改造提供了有效的解决方案。项目实施后通过一年多的批量生产考验,效果良好,同时取得了较高的经济效益和社会效益。
Summary of on-line modification cab welding production line through the white body,describes the development and application of a new variety of models of welding line clamp flexible online reconstruction technology ,provides a new idea and reference cab welding production line flow transformation for the future.According to the two kinds of models cab differences to flow and mixed flow in welding line reconstruction precision is difficult to control the problem,the fixture using multi-level base + linear guide translation mechanism and servo motor+pneumatic balance power system to solve,provides an effective solution for online modification of welding line.Good effect after the implementation of the project through the production test, more than a year, and has high economic benefit and social benefit.
