大型点焊夹具几何精度在线测量技术

摘要 神龙公司轿车车身点焊夹具的几何精度测量工作均采用便携式三坐标(3D)测量技术。便携式3D测量机(关节臂测量机)精度略低于固定式悬臂(或龙门臂)3D测量机,但对环境的低要求、便携性和相对高精度(0.07 mm/2.4 m)使其十分适用于车身零部件及其焊接夹具的几何精度测量工作。便携式3D能够现场测量零件和夹具,避免将测量物体运至专用3D测量间,极大地提高了车身制造、维护环节的工作效率,在汽车制造领域所有供应商、主机厂获得一致认可和广泛应用。从测量设备、测量软件、测量技术等方面介绍了该技术的应用,为该技术在汽车车身制造应用中出现的问题提出解决方案并展望其发展方向。 In Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd., Portable coordinate measuring is applicated in geometric-measure for car body's spot-welding clamp.Portable coordinate measurement's is lower than fixed-coordinate measurement,but its lower environment equipment, portability, relative accuracy, very suit for geometric-measure of parts and it's weld clamp.Portable coordinate measuring on line so doesn't need to transport parts or car body to 3D-Space room, very efficiency for manufacture and maintenance, widely recognized and applied in automotive manufacturing area.This paper introduces coordinate measuring for equipment, software, technology.Simuhaneously, propose solutions for the problem which founded in the application of automotive manufacturing and looking to the future direction of development.
