汽车贮气筒生产线焊接工艺及关键设备

摘要 随着汽车市场竞争愈来愈剧烈,很多汽车下游供应商的利润空间越来越小。贮气筒生产企业也在谋求降低制造成本的方法。改进贮气筒的生产线尤为重要,贮气筒生产线的焊接工艺好坏直接影响生产效率、制造成本和产量;同时,焊装生产线上焊接设备的好坏也会直接影响生产线效率。在流水线生产的模式下,如何提高生产线的整体流转效率,如何以最少的操作者完成整个焊装线的流动,以及采用先进的自动化程度较高的焊接设备越来越受到重视。因此采用合理的焊接工艺和良好的焊接设备就显得特别重要,它涉及到制造成本、生产规模、质量控制、自动化控制、生产节拍的控制等方面。 With the development of automobile market is more and more intense competition,profit space more and more small cars and downstream suppliers. Reservoir production enterprises are also seeking methods to reduce the production cost.To improve the air tank production line is particularly important,welding tank production line will have a direct impact on production efficiency, production cost and yield;at the same time,welding production line of welding equipment is good or bad will directly affect the efficiency of production line.In the assembly line production mode,how to improve the efficiency of the whole production line transfer,how to complete the whole welding line with the minimum of the flow, and the use of advanced high degree of automation welding equipment has been paid more and more attention, so the reasonable welding process and welding equipment, it is particularly important. It relates to the manufacturing cost, the scale of production,quality control,automatic control,production control.
