摘要
研制了用于副箱输出轴焊缝无损检测的超声波探伤机。论述焊接接头超声波探伤的探头扫描方式和彩色图像成像方法。通过扫描焊接接头所形成的彩色图像,直观地显示出焊缝内部的缺陷分布情况,为缺陷的准确定位和缺陷形态分析提供了有力的手段。所研制的超声波探伤机对电子束焊接接头和CO2焊接接头均能很好检测。
A kind of ultrasonic flaw detector has been developed for nondestructive testing of welding joint for auxiliary gearbox output shall.This paper discusses the scanning method of ultrasonic flaw detector and the color image forming method for the welding joint.A powerful means fi)r accurate positioning of the defective area and its morphological analysis is provided hy the color image of the welding joint captured by scanning, which visually displayed the defects distributed inside the weld joint.The electron beam welded joints and CO2 arc welded joints were well detected by the ultrasonic flaw detector.
