摘要
铝钎焊是利用熔点比母材低的材料作为钎料,经加热后,钎料熔化,焊件不熔化,利用液态铝钎料来润湿母材,填充接头间隙并与母材相互扩散,将焊件紧密牢固的连接在一起。铝及铝合金的钎焊问题是近年来研究较多、发展较快的研究领域之一。综述了铝合金钎焊的特点、铝及铝合金钎焊方法的技术发展现状以及钎焊技术在铝制品中的应用。
In aluminum brazing,aluminum or its alloy of which the melting point is lower than parent metal is used as filler metal. After heating,the filler metal melts,while the weldment does not.The parent metal is moistened by liquid aluminum; the joint gap is filled and diffuses with parent metal,thus the weldments are joined together tightly.Aluminum and its alloys brazing is one of the hottest and most developing researching fields.This paper includes the features of aluminum alloy brazing, the development processes technology, and the application of brazing in the aluminum material.
