基于层次分析法的外汇管理绩效审计及评价体系研究

Study on the Performance Auditing and Evaluation System of Foreign Exchange through AHP

本文结合基层外汇局履职特点和业务实际,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对外汇管理绩效审计的制度框架和评价指标体系进行研究,对各指标权重运用层次分析法进行科学测算,并对评价结果的合理运用进行了探索。

Combining the duty-performing features and business practices of grassroots administration of foreign exchange, this paper adopts both qualitative and quantitative methods to explore and study the system framework and evaluation index system of performance auditing in administration of foreign exchange. Besides, it makes a scientific calculation of the weight of every index by applying AHP and proposes proper use of the evaluation results.
