摘要
采用ZnO对TiO2进行包覆来提高TiO2在可见光区的活性。通过FTIR、UV-vis、荧光等现代检测手段进行表征和性能测试,结果表明:ZnO存在于包覆后的TiO2上,并能推动TiO2的光响应范围向可见光方向扩展,展现出了良好的紫外吸收性能,颗粒的分散性很明显,且大小均一。同时,ZnO的存在能够有效地抑制电子-空穴的复合,延长光生电子和空穴的寿命,使得材料光活性明显提高。
Using ZnO coat TiO2 to improve it' s visible light activity. Subsequently the structure and properties of TiO2 was characterized by the Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) , Fourier Transform Infrared Spec- troscopy(FTIR), UV-Vis spectroscopy, Photoluminescence spectra (PL) and other modern testing means, the results show that ZnO exists in the coated TiO2 , and can make the light response range of TiO2 move to vis- ible light direction, showing a good ultraviolet absorption performance, and the dispersion of granules is obvi- ous, and the size is very uniform. Simultaneously, the existence of ZnO can effectively inhibit the composition of electron hole, prolong the life of electron hole made by light, and improve the light activity of material obvi- ously.
