摘要 通过对滚动轴承振动信号进行经验模态分解,并且对包含故障特征信息的IMF分量进行边际谱和包络谱研究发现固有模态函数的包络谱可以清晰地反映故障特征频率。最后,通过试验验证了基于HHT和包络谱的分析方法在滚动轴承故障诊断方面可以取得较好的效果。 Firstly, the vibration signal of rolling bearing was decomposed by the empirical mode decomposi- tion. Then the IMFg hiding with information of fault feature was studied by the marginal spectrum and enve- lope spectrum. We found that the frequency of fault characteristic shows clearly by the IMF's envelope spec- trum based on the contrast, and the envelope spectrum and HHT analysis method can achieve good effect in rolling bearing fault diagnosis.
