摘要
为了提高传统翻胎硫化工艺中硫化产品的生产效率和成品质量,设计并实现了一种基于等效硫化理论的硫化工艺温度自适应调节系统。在阐述等效硫化理论依据以及系统的上位机和下位机结构的基础上,提出了系统温度自适应调节的技术流程和实现方案。实验结果表明,与传统工艺相比,该系统能够获得更高的硫化产品成品率和成品质量,并实现对硫化三要素(温度、压力、时间)的综合动态控制。
To improve the production efficiency and product quality of vulcanized products in traditional re- tread curing process, we design an adaptive adjustment system, technical processes and implementations of vulcanization process temperature based on equivalent vulcanization theory and upper machine and lower ma- chine structure.
