Analysis of demand for public rental housing in Fujian province based on affordable income

公共租赁住房是地方住房保障的重要组成部分。旨在就福建公共租赁住房需求规模做一个简单的分析。首先对包含公共租赁住房在内的保障性住房需求问题的研究现状做了一个综述,其次在构建了保障性住房框架体系的基础上,采用可支付能力方法对福建公共租赁住房的总需求做了分析,最后就政府在公共租赁住房供应方面提出了政策建议。

Public rental housing is an important component of housing security. This paper seeks to perform a simple analysis of the scale of demand for public rental housing in Fujian. First, we conducted researches on the demand of public rental housing. Then we constructed a framework system of housing security and analyzed the demand of the public rental housing in Fujian province based on affordability methods. Finally, we recom- mend some policies of the supply of public rental housing.
