摘要
用逆摄动法进行机床主轴的动力优化设计。为使设计变量如截面面积、长度与频率、位移幅值的复杂隐函数转化为简单显式关系 ,进行了有限元单元阵的分解变换组装 ,将作为设计变量的摄动参数提取在分解后的作为常数的刚度阵、质量阵之外 ,从而减少了重组刚度阵与质量阵的重分析。文中给出了摄动参数的几种取值方法。
Employing the inverse perturbation method, we have tackled the problem of optimum design of the machine tool spindle. The matrices of the FEM have been decomposed and reassembled. The perturbation parameters of the design variables are resolved explicitly out of the stiffness matrix and mass matrix. Thus, system reanalysis is reduced in the iteration process. Several methods for determining the perturbation parameters are presented
