高职院校顶岗实习运行过程中,企业、学校和学生各实施主体均扮演着重要的角色,通过对实施主体现状的分析,进一步明晰各实施主体的职责,并将其落实到位,才能实现工学紧密结合、校企深度合作,最终达到企业、学校、学生三方共赢。

All executors,including enterprises,schools and students,play an important role in the working process of internship in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should clear the responsibilities of each executors to put into place by the analysis of status quo on executors.That will make work and study integrate closely and cooperate deeply,and finally achieve the desired effect of winwin program among the three parties.
