摘要 通过对亚麻化学改性 ,即在亚麻大分子上引进季铵基团 ,可改善其染色性能 ,研究了亚麻季铵基改性的化学机理 ,利用响应面分析法优化了亚麻改性的最佳工艺。结果表明 ,吸尽法的最佳工艺条件为 :季铵盐的质量浓度为 40 g/L ,NaOH的质量浓度为 1 5 g/L ,浴比为 1∶2 0 ,温度为 6 0℃ ,时间为 6 0min ;焙烘法改性的最佳工艺为 :季铵盐质量浓度为46 g/L,NaOH的质量浓度为 2 5 g/L ,温度为1 30℃ ,时间为 3min。 The dyeability of flax can be improved providedthe fiber is chemically modified to include quaternised amino groups.The chemical mechanism of flax modification has been examined in detail.Optimum technological process has been determined by use of the analytical draft.The optimum technological conditions of bathwise are that the concentrationof quarternary ammonium salt is 40?g/L,and NaOH is 15?g/L at a liquor ratio of 20∶1for 1?h at 60?℃.The optimum technological conditions of pad dry bake procedure are quarternary ammonium salt is 46?g/L, and NaOH is 25?g/L at 130?℃ for 3?minutes.
