摘要
青岛市人口老龄化的速度呈现加速趋势,社会养老机构的发展受到制约,老年人的养老方式的意愿发生改变,传统的养老模式受到严峻地挑战。新型居家养老模式是不同于传统意义上的居家养老模式,它是建立在社区支撑并依存社区的一种养老模式,能够实现家庭、社区、社会和政府良性互动,能够切实实现老年人的养老保障。
The population aging trend is accelerating in Qirlgdao City, but the development of the social endowment institutions is conditioned. The need of the old-age care is changing and the traditional pension mode is facing great challenges. The new household-supporting pattern is different from the traditional one, which is based on the community support and the interdependent community. It can not only realize the positive interaction of the family, community, society and government, but can really realize the old-age security for the elderly as well.
