Small and medium enterprises are the important power of national economic development and the main source of market economic vigor. However, the growth and development of Chinese small and medium enterprises is being restricted by many factors, among which there is not only the defect of the enterprises＂ internal management but the deficiency of the enterprises＇ external situations as well. In order to promote the development of small and medium enterprises, the enterprises should reform and innovate by themselves in time and all sectors of society should also intensify the support.
