摘要
企业人力资源供应链是实现社会、企业、人才“三位一体”持续发展的需要。家纺企业人力资源供应链构建的目的是加强人力资源供应商、家纺企业人力资源部门、家纺企业人力资源需求部门三方的联动协同,在合适的时间。以合理的成本,将适合的人才,分配到合适的岗位,实现人力资源价值最大化。家纺企业人力资源供应链管理的核心要素包括:人力资源需求预测、家纺人力资源供应商评估和选择、人力资源分销管理、人力资源信息管理。
Enterprise human resources supply chain is the realization of sustainable development for social, cntcrprise, talent. The purpose of human resources supply chain construction for home textile enterprise is to strengthen the corporation among human cesource suppliers, human resources department, human resources employ departments, aims at the maximization of the enterprise human resources value [,y usslgning the appropriate talents .to the right positions at a reasonable cost in the right time. Human resources forecast, supplier evaluation and sclection, human resources distribution management, human resource information management, and supply chain system performance evaluation are the core elements in the construction of the enterprise human resources supply chain.
