On Construction of Professional Group and Its Resource Element Structure in Higher Vocational Colleges

专业群建设可以充分发挥专业聚集成群后的规模效益,专业之间具有资源要素共享的内在要求。高职院校专业群内各专业围绕该产业进行分布和积聚,形成链条式专业群。高职院校专业群资源要素分为师资要素、实习实训条件要素、课程要素和管理要素等属类资源;校内资源、企业资源和社会资源等源别资源以及群内的专业资源即构成资源。各类资源具有专业群内共享的必然要求。

Professional group construction can give full play to the professional cluslercd scale, and there exists the inherent requiroment of resource elements shared between the professions. Professional group of the vocational colleges have distribution and accumulation armmd the industry, to form a chain-professional group. The professional resource elements in higher vocational colleges are as teacher elements, elements of internship training conditions, curriculum elements, and elements of management resources . There are inevitable requirements for all types of rcsources shared within the professional group.
