创业型大学学生综合素质测评改革探析——以义乌工商学院为例

The Survey on the Reform of Comprehensive Quality Assessment of the Entrepreneurial University Students——Case of Yiwu Industrial & Commercial of College

高校人才培养模式改革的重要目标是着力培养大学生的创业精神,提升创业能力。本文基于对义乌工商职业技术学院在校大学生的调查,分析了现行大学生综合素质评价体系的优点,同时也指出该评价体系不能反映创业型学生的综合素质,体现不出创业的导向作用,不利于提高大学生的创业能力和素质,不符合国家倡导的提高大学生创业创新能力、培养创业精神的要求。因此,建立一套适合创业型学生特点、适应创业型学生培养目标与模式的创业型学生评价指标体系,不仅具有理论意义也具有实际意义。

The goal of University training model reform is to focus on cultivating the spirit of entrepreneurship among university students and to enhance the entrepreneurial capacity. This article is based on the students of YWICC. It analyzes advantages of current college students comprehensive quality evaluation system, and also paints out that the evaluation system can not reflect the overall quality of the entrepreneurial students. So the system does not embody the entrepreneurial role in guiding and helping to improve the capacity and quality of entrepreneurship among university students. As a result, It does not meet the requirements of national advocacy to improve entrepreneurship and innovation ability of college students and to foster entrepreneurship. Therefore, to establish a set of entrepreneurial characteristics of the students and to improve evaluation index system adapting to the training objectives and modalities of entrepreneurial students is both with theoretical significance and practical significance.
