摘要
高等教育事业发展关系着我国人才战略实施的进程,全国各地教育机构每年为社会输送了大量专业人才,满足了各行企业人力资源调配的应用需要。随着社会经济的进步发展,我国高等教育事业也面临着新一轮的优化调整,新教育体制对民办高校教育提供了优越的条件,民办高校毕业生已经成为社会流动人才市场上不可缺少的一部分。由于多方面因素的影响,民办高校生就业率依旧处于相对落后的水平,与公办高校存在的差异性比较显著。鉴于此,本文分析了影响民办高校专业生就业率的相关因素,并提出了切实可行的处理措施。
The development of the cause of higher education concerns the implementation of talent strategy in our country. Each year, educational institutions all over the country cuhivate a large number of professionals for society, which meets the need of various trades and enterprises. As the advancement of economy, higher education in China is facing a new round of reconstrnetion, in which the new educational system provides an excellent condition for private colleges, making their graduates an indispensable part in mobile talent market. However, because of multiple factors, employment rate in private colleges is still low, falling far behind that in public colleges. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze factors affecting employment rate in private colleges and come up with some practical solutions
