目前我国高校大学生志愿活动的开展还没有充分融入到社会生活中,大学生志愿者精神的培养还存在一些问题。对大学生志愿者精神的培养不但有助于提高大学生的综合素质,还有助于社会主义和谐社会的建立。大学生个人、学校和全社会都应当积极增强对大学生志愿者精神的培养,大学生应当提高对志愿者活动的认识,深刻理解志愿者精神的内涵。学校应当积极完善大学生志愿者精神的培养机制,全社会应当加强对大学生志愿者精神培养的重视,展现大学生志愿者积极向上的、健康的精神风貌。

China＇s college students vohmteer activities have not yet fully integrated into the sociol life, the cultivation of the spirit of the student vohmteers are still some problems. The cultivation of the spirit of college student vohmteers not only help to improve the overall quality of students, but also contribute to the establishment of a socialist harmonious society. College students personal, school and society as a whole should be actively enhance the cultivation of the spirit of student volunleers, college students should raise awaretless of volunteer activities, a deep understanding of the volunteer spirit and content. Schools should actively improve the cultivation of the spirit of college sludcnt volunteers mechanism, the whole society should be strengthened to cultivate the spirit of great importance to the student volunteers, to show the spirit of college student volunteers positive, healthy mental outlook.
