罚金刑,作为一种重要的刑罚方法,在当今刑事司法实践中有较为广泛的应用,但是罚金刑运用的实践中,对成年人和未成年人缺少应有的区分和细化,这就在对未成年人的"教育、感化、挽救"及刑罚适用的严肃性方面都有消极的影响,故应该重新审视对未成年人的罚金适用,并积极探索科学、合理的执行方式及替代方法。

The criminal fine, as an important penalty, is widely used in today＇s criminal justice practice. But in the practice of crim- inal fine lack of proper distinction and re- finement between adults and minors, which has a negative impact on the ＂edu- cation, probation and save＂ and the seri- ousness of the application of penalties for the minors. So we should re-examine the applicable penalty for minors and actively explore the scientific, reasonable execution and alternative method.
