检察机关开展职务犯罪侦查信息化建设初探

Construction of information technology of investigation in the job-related crimes by procuratorial organs

近年来,全国检察机关把加强侦查信息化工作作为职务犯罪侦查工作基础建设的重点,努力探索信息引导侦查的新型工作模式。本文运用比较分析的方法,指出检察机关在职务犯罪侦查信息化建设方面存在的不足,并对检察机关开展职务犯罪侦查信息化建设提出了建议。

In recent years, the national pros- ecutors took the strengthening of informa- tion technology of investigation as the fo- cus of the basic construction of the inves- tigation of the job-related crimes to ex- plore the new work mode of guiding the investigation by the information. This arti- cle used the method of comparative analy- sis to point out the shortcomings of the prosecntion in the construction of informa- tion technology in the investigation of job- related crimes and make some suggestions on the construction of information technol- ogy of investigation in the job-related crimes to the procuratorial organs.
