In the special industry of police, due to the nature and the number of the day-to-day business, some police often have emotional disturbance that the negative emotions will affect the day-to- day work and the physical and mental health of the police. The long period of negative emotions may cause loss of physical and mental energy, and even physical illness. Human emotions can be controlled and regulated. The psych- otherapy theory has a large number of the mature treatment methods to regulate emotional disturbance that applying the psychotherapy theory to the prevention of police emotional problems can avoid the decreased work efficiency and physical and mental health problems.
