驻合肥军队干休所医疗保健服务状况的调查研究

Investigation on health services for the aged in some military sanatorium for retired cadres

目的了解某军队干休所医疗保健服务状况,查找对卫生服务满意度低的重点人群,为进一步提高干休所医疗保健服务质量提供理论依据。方法使用自行设计问卷,对某军队干休所104名离休老干部进行面对面询问调查,对合格问卷进行频数计算及检验。结果离休老干部对卫生所的总体医疗保健服务的满意率为79.3%,对医务人员的服务态度满意率较高为88.4%,对预防保健、健康教育、治疗用药保障的满意率均低于80%。丧偶、患大病、家庭经济条件较差、患病数较多的离休老干部对五项医疗保健服务条目的满意率较低。离休老干部家庭自我保健开展较少,对卫生所较为依赖,需求也多样化。结论应针对不同离休老干部,特别是重点人群及弱势群体,制定灵活有效的具体措施,以全面提高干休所医疗保健服务能力。

Objective To understand the current situation of health services for the aged in some military sanatorium for re- tired cadres, identify the focus groups, and provide theoretical basis to improve the health care quality. Methods 104 retired cadres completed the questionnaries about the health services. They had received by face to face interview survey. The data were analyzed by the frequency calculation and chi-square test. Results Retired cadres evaluated their satisfaction with the general health services was 79.3 %, the satisfaction with the attitude of staff was 88.4%. But the satisfaction with preventive health care, health education and drugs were less than 80%. The satisfaction with the five items on health services were lower evaluated by the retired cadres who were widow- ers, failed severely ill or more ill, and assessed their economic status as low. The survey showed that retire cadres carried out self-care in their home less,who depended more on the clinic than the other aged. Conclusion Health care should focus on the disadvantaged mi- nority. It is necessary to study and establish effective and appropriate health care programs and materials in accordance with different re- tied cadres.
