摘要
通过对沈重生产的泵-蓄势器传动的25MN锻造液压机工作状态的分析和计算,提出泵-蓄势器传动的锻造压机主要参数新的计算方法和理论根据,既可提高蓄势器传动效率,又可显著降低蓄势器传动部分的制造和投资成本及能耗。
The working status of 25 MN pump-accumulation transmission hydraulic forging press has been analyzed and calculated. The new calculation method and theory basis of the parameters for pump-accumulation transmission hydraulic forging press have been put forward. It can not only improve the transmission efficiency of the accumulation, but also greatly reduce the cost and energy consumption in manufacture and investment of transmission part for accumulator.
