摘要
辗环过程中,需实时测量环件直径。本文介绍了辗环过程测量装置的工作环境及要求、环件直径的测量方法、测量装置的结构等。对测量轮的结构、安装、润滑、冷却等作了研究,提高了测量装置的寿命和可靠性。
The working environment ＆ demands, measuring method of ring diameter, and the structure of the measuring device during ring rolling process have been introduced in the text. The structure, installation, lubrication, and cooling process have been studied, which improves the life and reliability of the device.
