摘要
基于曲柄压力机连续工作行程有用功无法测定的现状,根据液压传动中油缸做功易于计算的特点,结合曲柄压力机的动作原理,将曲柄压力机连续工作做功转化为液压缸做功,从机械、液压、电气的三个方面进行分析、设计,并给予相关说明。
Nowadays the effective work during continuous work stroke of crank press is failed to measure. But the oil cylinder work can easily to be calculated during hydraulic transmission process. Combining with the moving principle of the crank press, the continuous working of crank press has been transformed into hydraulic cylinder working. The detailed description has been put forward from mechanical, hydraulic, and electric aspects.
