摘要
数控转塔冲床模具一般有A、B、C、D、E几种型号,模具高度有所不同。如果冲头处于同一高度,则在快速冲压和送料过程中,会有带料等问题发生,影响机床正常运行。本文通过PLC程序优化来改变冲头高度,根据模具高度的改变自动调整冲头高度的改变,较好地解决了这个问题。
The PLC program has been adopted to optimize the height of punch head in the text. The punch head height has been automatically adjusted as per the tool's height, which can solve the faults during punching process with tools in different height.
