摘要
液压支架中的缸底是支架的重要零件,因形状比较复杂,且生产批量比较小,常采用镶块模进行开式模锻。在试制一新型的覬400mm大缸底时,因其超出现有50kN模锻锤的负荷能力,经过多次对闭式模锻和开式模锻的分析研究,最终利用闭式模锻工艺解决了问题。
The cylinder bottom is an important part in the hydraulic support, but the production batch is small because of the complex shape.Therefore, it's always formed by use of the open-die forging process with insert mode. Due to equipment constraints,the cylinder bottom with more than Ф320 mm has normally formed by casting technology.However, during a manufacture testing for a new support with Ф400 mm cylinder bottom,the 50kN die forging hammer has been exceeded its load capacity.Since the casting has crude internal metal structure and low mechanical property,the die forging technology has been considered. After repeated analysis and researching of the open-die forging and closed die forging, the above problems have been solved ultimately by use of closed-die forging process.
