茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿高未结合胆红素血症50例疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿高未结合胆红素血症的疗效。方法将100例高未结合胆红素血症新生儿分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组予人工喂养、蓝光光疗、口服益生菌等治疗,观察组加服茵栀黄口服液,连用5d。观察两组患儿血清未结合胆红素的浓度变化。结果观察组未结合胆红素于治疗1d明显下降,而对照组3d才明显下降;治疗3d后,观察组胆红素水平明显低于对照组,5d时差异更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿高未结合胆红素血症疗效确切,值得临床推广。
