论世界篮球规则的统一与发展——基于FIBA与NBA规则的比较

On the Unity and Development of the World Basketball Rules——Based on the Comparison of the FIBA and the NBA Rules

采用文献资料法、比较分析法和逻辑推理方法对近十年来FIBA规则的演变进行梳理,系统地从规则中的意义和精神、时间类、违犯类、暂停、替换,以及比赛场地器材等与NBA的规则进行比较分析。结果表明:篮球规则的修改是为了加强比赛的规范性、公平性、发展性、观赏性和比赛结果的不可预知性,并不断挖掘运动员的运动潜能,达到减少比赛的中断,加快比赛的节奏,在好的防守和好的进攻之间保持一种平衡,满足竞技运动的发展和现代篮球观众的需求。

By using the method of literature, comparative analysis and logic reasoning methods, to analyze the recent ten years＇ evolution in the FIBA rules rules, compare with the NBA rules from the meaning and spirit,the rules them- selves, the time of the class, violation in the class, pause, replacement, the game field equipment. The results show that： the basketball rules＇ changes are aiming to strengthen the standardization of game, the equality, development and appreciation, the unpredictability of the result of the match, and constantly excavate potential of the movement of athletes ; so as to reduce the interruption of the game,to speed up the pace of the game, maintain in a balance between good defense and good attack,meet the development of competitive sports and the demand of modern basketball audi- ence.
