摘要
随着社会的飞速发展,人们已经意识到单一学校体育的健身功能已经很难满足社会与人自身发展的需要,由此,学校体育功能的发展经历了从"一元论"到"多元论"再到"整体论"的过程。学校体育功能的发展应在充分发挥其整体功能的基础上适应时代的需求,对其进行适时调适。而这种调适应建立在系统论的基础上,一是对学校体育目标进行调整,二是从学校体育的构成要素及结构等方面进行调适。
With the rapid development of the society, people have realized that a single school sports fitness function has been difficult to meet the needs of social and human development and, thus, the development of school sports functions experienced from monism to pluralism to the holistic process. In addition, the development of school sports function should adapt to the needs of the times. Give a full play to its overall function based on its timely adjustment. The two adjustable adaptations based on system theory basis: one is the school sports' goals adjustment, the other is to adjust the physical elements and structure of the school sports.
