摘要
阐述了加固计算机热设计的重要性,分析了计算机仿真和数值模拟技术在热设计中的作用。以某加固计算机的热设计为例,介绍了设备的结构组成及需要解决的问题,并提出了整机的散热措施,分析了风机的选择过程。最后,采用Icepak热分析软件建立了设备三维有限元模型,基于有限元理论对有限元模型进行仿真计算,通过仿真分析,预测设备内部热量分布和气流分布情况。经过高低温环境试验和工程实际应用验证,证明了设计阶段仿真分析的有效性。
Firstly, the importance of thermal design and thermal simulation for rugged computer is given. Secondly, aiming at the thermal analysis problem of certain rugged computer, the processes of thermal design and simulation with lcepak was introduced in detail. Then the rugged computer composition and thermal design problem to be solved was introduced, and the choosing process of flow fan is de scribed. Finally, a thermal model is proposed and the temperature field distribution is simulated with 3D FEM of Icepak, which can esti mate the heat distribution and airflow distribution inside the rugged computer. The simulation and analysis with Icepak was demonstrated effectiveness by highlow temperature condition test and practical applications.
