妊娠期糖尿病酮症酸中毒是妊娠期糖尿病比较严重的并发症,是以高血糖、高血酮、严重脱水和代谢性酸中毒为主要临床表现的一种综合征,对母儿危害巨大。治疗不及时则母婴死亡率极高。及时补充血容量,同时辅以胰岛素补充治疗,维持电解质平衡,病情多能快速缓解,母儿预后良好。

Diabetic ketoacidosis （DKA） of gestational diabetes mellitus is a rare critical complication. The disease is a syn- drome with hyperglycemia, ketonemia, severe dehydration, and metabolic acidosis that can harm mothers and babies. The morbidity of the mother and their babies may be high if not timely treatment. Appropriate treatment including insulin therapy and careful fluid re- placement may quickly relieve the symptoms of disease, and have a good prognosis.
