奥卡西平单药治疗儿童颞叶癫痫的疗效及安全性观察

The study on efficacy and safety of oxcarbazepine single drug therapy for temporal lobe epilepsy in children

目的观察奥卡西平单药治疗儿童颞叶癫痫的疗效及安全性。方法 2009年5月至2012年5月我院收治的30例儿童颞叶癫痫患者,分为奥卡西平单药治疗的观察组(15例)和卡马西平单药治疗的对照组(15例),进行1年的治疗和随访观察,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗6个月及12个月时的癫痫发作频率、脑电图异常率、临床有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组;治疗6个月和12个月癫痫发作频率和脑电图异常频率明显少于对照组,治疗过程中不良反应少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥卡西平治疗儿童颞叶癫痫能提高治疗有效率并保证安全性。

Objective To observe the efficacy and security of oxcarbazepine as a single drug therapy for temporal lobe epilep- sy. Methods Thirty children with temporal lobe epilepsy during the period from May 2009 to May 2012 were randomly divided into carbamazepine treatment group （ n = 15 ） and oxearbazepine treatment group （ n = 15 ）. Frequency of seizures, abnormal EEG rate, clini- cal efficiency and side effects were collected and analyzed. Results The clinical efficiency of the oxcarbazepine treatment group was better than the earbamazepine treatment group. The frequency of seizures, abnormal EEG rate and side effects of the oxcarbazepine treat- ment group was lower than that of the carbamazepine treatment group. Conclusion The oxcarbazepine has better efficacy and security as single drug therapy for temporal lobe epilepsy of children.
