摘要
HXD2型电力机车上的齿轮箱由于刚性差,装夹和加工变形大,因此加工难度很大。通过引进阿尔斯通公司克鲁索工厂的加工工艺,分析其定位及装夹方式,并根据现有设备和工艺现状进行国产化,解决了齿轮箱薄壁箱体的变形问题,为今后各类薄壁齿轮箱的加工提供可借鉴的技术和经验。
Machining of the gearbox housing for HXD2 locomotive is challenging due to its low rigidity and consequently the clamping and machining deformation. By introducing the machining techniques from Alstom, and analyzing its positioning and clamping methods, the processing techniques have been localized with existing equipment and processes, which have lay a solid foundation for the machining of various deformation - free thin - wall gearbox housings in the future.
