摘要
江苏LNG接收站工程是中国石油首批开工建设的LNG接收站工程之一,其LNG储罐内罐材料为国内首次采用太钢研发的06Ni9钢板,中国石油天然气第六建设公司负责该项目2台16万m3低温LNG储罐的主体施工。为此开展了06Ni9钢埋弧自动横焊的工艺研究和力学性能试验,对施工过程中遇到的问题提出了解决办法,圆满地完成了施工任务,焊接一次合格率达到98.62%。
Jiangsu LNG Terminal is one of the first construction LNG terminal projects built by CNPC, the plate material of the inner tank of the LNG storage tank is 06Ni9 steel that was developed by Taiyuan Steel Mill and applied to LNG tank for the first time in China. China Petroleum Sixth Construction Company undertook the construction of two 160 000 m3 low temperature LNG tanks. Therefore, the company conducted automatic welding process research and mechanical performance tests of 06Ni9 steel, found the solutions to the problems arising from construction course. The construction task was fulfilled successfully and the primary welding qualified rate reached 98.62%.
