摘要
西北地区某输油站内一座5万m3浮顶原油储罐,在投产几个月后就出现了罐底内表面和浮舱下表面涂层严重脱落,文章介绍了该罐的防腐施工过程、分析了影响涂层附着力的因素,找出了涂层脱落的原因,主要是罐底板第一道漆受污染、罐底板和浮舱下表面变形、下表面涂层厚度不足以及大风对涂层的撕裂作用。
A case of coating peeling failure in one 50 000 m3 crude oil storage tank at a gathering station in Northwest China was studied in this paper. In this case, the coatings on the internal surface of the tank bottom and on the undersurface of the tank floating-cabin peeled severely after a few months being put into operation. The influencing factors of coating adhesion such as coating construction process, environment, operating conditions were analyzed. The causes of coating peeling failure in this case were also found, which mainly were contamination of the first layer of lacquer on the bottom, deformations of the bottom plates and the floating-cabin undersurface, insufficient coating thickness on the floating-cabin undersurface, and peeling action of strong wind on coating.
