在全球化大背景下,各国更加重视民主建设,民主问题也变得更加复杂。当代民主的内涵已经扩展到政治民主、经济民主、社会民主等领域,尤其是经济民主成为民主的重要内容。理论界对经济民主的研究强调经济分配领域,很少研究生产领域,同时长期停留在理论的阐述上,较少对实践方面进行深入细致地研究。因此现阶段对经济民主的研究,是要从根本的生产领域出发,建立在生产资料公有制的基础上,从经济民主的根本问题和实现条件研究入手,推进经济民主的建设和发展。

In the background of globalization, every country pays more attention to the building of democracy, the problem of democ- racy also becomes more complex. The contemporary democratic connotation has been extended to the political democracy, economic democracy, social democracy and other fields, especially economic democracy become democratic basic content. Studies on economic democracy emphasize on economic distribution in theory, little researches were on production, more researches were on theory, less on the practical research. This paper argues that the economic democracy is not only in the field of distribution, but also in the field of production, established in the public ownership of the means of production, not only in the abstract theoretical level, but also in the system reform level. Basis on the fundamental problems and conditions for the realization of economic democracy, advancing the con- struetion and development of economic democracy.
