The Function and Information Security of Embedded System

国际标准IEC 61508定义了电气/电子/可编程设备功能安全的基本准则,然而随着嵌入式系统的应用普及,以及物联网技术的发展,由于信息安全攻击导致的嵌入式系统功能失效成为一个新的问题。以车载电子系统和可编程逻辑控制器为例,对这一问题进行分析,指出有必要对IEC 61508进行修改完善。

International standard IEC 61508 defines the basic principles of function security of the electric and programmable device. However, with the popularization of embedded system and development of internet of things technology, it becomes the new problem that the functions of embedded system disables because of information security attack. Particularly, we analyze the automotive electronic system and programmable logic controller and point out that it is necessary to modify and perfect the IEC 61508.
