Local Governments,Enterprises Behavior and Sewage Discharge——Based on the Analysis of Panel Data in Western Provinces

通过建立的寻租博弈模型从微观视角对西部地区地方政府和企业行为与污水排放量的关系展开探讨可知,由于地方政府和企业之间有一定的利益共融性,寻租现象可能存在。对西部各省面板数据进行实证分析可知,寻租程度和西部污水排放量存在着正相关关系。

The paper analyzes the behavior between the enterprises and the local governments from the microcosmic point of view, in addition, setting up a game model about rent-seeking, we find that owing to the common benefits between the enterprises and the local governments to some extent, rent-seeking may be to exist. Then by means of giving a econometric analysis on panel data in western provinces, the authors get the conclusion that rent-seeking is positive correlation with the quantity of sewage discharge.
