The Contrast Analysis of Two Generation of Migrant Workers Rights Awareness——Taking Jiangxi Yifu Garments Limited Company as an Example

在劳资博弈中,劳动者的维权意识无疑对劳动者的现在和未来都具有重大影响。在以江西易富服饰有限公司(宁都海澜之家生产基地)为中心展开的对两代农民工维权意识的对比研究表明:两代农民工的维权意识存在明显差异,第二代农民工的维权意识比第一代农民工明显强烈。由此可知,就劳动者的解放而言,第二代农民工是更有希望的一代农民工。

In the game of labor and capital, the laborers＇ awareness of rights are significant influence to workers now and in the future. As the center of Jiangxi Yifu Garment limited Company（Ningdu Heilanzhijia production base）, comparative study of two generations of migrant workers fights consciousness, which carries out that there is significant difference among the two generation of migrant workers ＂ rights awareness, the second generation of migrant workers ＂ fights awareness was stronger than the first generation of migrant workers. Therefore, for the liberation of labor, the second generation of migrant workers is more promising generation of migrant workers.
