摘要
焊接是压力容器的主要制造技术,焊接质量决定了产品的质量和使用寿命。根据多年的技术生产管理经验,考虑了压力容器焊接生产的特点,分别从材料选用、焊接工艺文件编制、焊工培训及考试、焊材的选用及管理、施焊过程控制、焊接检验等环节进行了分析,探讨了对焊接质量管理控制的一般要求。
As a leading producing technology for pressure vessels, the welding quality plays a decisive role in the products quality and service life. Considering the feature of welding production of pressure vessel and based on years of technology management experience, we studied material choosing, welding procedure specification preparation, welder training and ex- amination, welding material choose and management, welding process control, welding inspection, etc. , to gain the gener- al requests for welding quality management control.
