MIF图件的坐标系转换程序设计

Program design of coordinate transformation based on MIF map

根据某工程实施要求,需对原有的GIS管理信息系统中基于地方独立坐标系统的图件转换到WGS-84坐标系,通过分析信息系统图件格式,研究MIF文件中实体数据存储规则,提出直接对MIF文件操作而完成图件转换功能的方法,并编写相应的图件转换程序。经过测试,能实现图件地方独立系统与WGS-84坐标系之间的转换,确保图形转换后的拓扑关系不发生变化。

According to the requirements for some project, the existing GIS MIS based on independent local coordinate system maps needs to be converted to WGS-84 coordinate system. By analyzing the format of the information system maps and the MIF file in entity data storage rules, it presents the MIF file operation methods directly on the map conversion, and the preparation of the corresponding maps conversion process. After testing, the convension is achived between independent local maps and the WGS84 coordinate system, in order to ensure that the graphics topology after conversion does not change.
